Pulse X – Full on HIGH Energy Cardio Workout- A great full body workout combining Circuit Training, Interval cross-training, aerobics movements with strength, boxing, athletic drills and stabilization exercises. Mix up your routine with the balance, coordination and strength building of this workout while buring 300-800 calories.   

 


 
Cycle (spinning)Burn Calories and Have FunA great cardio workout from the beginner to advanced features a 45-60 minute workout that students will sprint, run, climb, and jump all in the same ride to great motivating music. Benefits are great core strength, upper and lower body muscular endurance and improved cardio fitness. Each one hour class you will burn approximately 700 calories and ride about 10 to 15 miles.

   

 
ZumbaJoin the Wave of Fun  - Exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it, they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! It’s easy to do, effective and exhilarating. Zumba classes are scheduled 6 days a week.
