It’s Back!!!!….The Starbucks “Pumpkin Spice Latte”…All 420 calories of it!
Thankfully we have found a healthier version so you don’t have to go without! This recipe actually contains something that Starbucks doesn’t – Pumpkin!! After all, what is Fall without a PSL? Try it out and let us know what you think!
-Coffee (you can use decaf if you prefer)
-1 Shot Espresso
-Unsweetened almond milk
-Vanilla Extract (Avoid HFCS)
1. In a small bowl stir together 3 tbsp pumpkin, 5 tbsp almond milk, and 1 tsp of pumpkin spice, microwave for 30 seconds. 2. Brew 1 cup of coffee 3. Once pumpkin and almond milk are warm pop in blender until completely smooth. You can skip this step if you like…it will just be a little thicker 4. Mix together pumpkin/milk mix with hot coffee, stirring until combined. 5. Then add stevia to taste and 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. Top with a dash of cinnamon. Now you can still indulge without feeling guilty…and sick afterwards. You’re Welcome!
