DANIEL LARMON // PERSONAL TRAINER
In January 2010 I weighed 195lbs with constant chest pains, pain in my lower, upper back and neck. While holding my son and having chest pains, I decided enough was enough and signed up for the Jax Sprint Series. Over the next eight months I put myself through a carefully planned running and strength training plan that helped me lose 43 lbs by June and finish in the top three of my age group for the series in August. My plan included a mix of swimming, biking, running, strength training, yoga and stretching. Since then I have also started practicing Qigong and meditation.
Five years later I have raced the series four times while introducing new routines to help with strength and conditioning. My passion for endurance racing and triathlons has helped me maintain a healthy weight and a hobby that I enjoy. It is very important to have goals and order of importance in life. Family comes first, career second and passion third. I encourage you to find something you're passionate about and make it a part of your weekly schedule.
Daniel has some college coursework completed including business management, marketing and nutrition courses.

Daniel has spent fifteen years in telecommunications. He has worked as a Personal Trainer and Assistant Marketing Director for four years at the Q Sports Club and has been with Pulse Fitness since June 2015.
