Every now and then I like to shake things up with my work out routine (remember my trying Bikram yoga)? Even for those of us who work out regularly, it is easy to get into a kind of a rut and we hit plateaus (aka no progress). When this happens to me I like to try new things!

Last week I worked out with personal trainer George E. Brown, at Pulse Fitness Center here in Jacksonville, Florida.

Well, ex Army Medical Corps, football coach (among other things) George truly put me through my paces last week. One day, lower body. One day, upper body. Sore between workouts (very sore)! But at night? Lights out and sleep. Blessed sleep.
